Commune was created as boutique recruiting agency because we see recruiting as a specialized service that requires care, consideration, and flexibility. We carefully hand pick consumers for individual projects taking into consideration the project requirements and the characteristics of our respondents.

CLARE RAMSEY

President and Founder

Clare Ramsey is an established trend forecaster and market researcher, having worked in the industry for over 20 years.  In her tenure as an executive at the Intelligence Group (a division of CAA) Clare was not only considered an expert in trend prediction, but also an exceptional recruiter with an amazing ability to find the perfect respondents for every project. Clare was a writer for The Intelligence Group’s daily trend email Cassandra Daily (TrendCentral) as well as the Cassandra Report, Mom Report, New Family Report and Tween Report.  Clare also spearheaded and recruited for Intelligence Group’s Trend Treks and Trend Schools.

Her educational background – a Masters of Public Health from New York University and a History of Design Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) – validated her love of research, aesthetics, and her secret desire to be an anthropologist.

Clare hand recruits mainstream and trendsetter consumer panels in the states and around the world. She credits her success in trend prediction to the insight provided by the consumers she recruits. Commune was inspired by that success.

MEGHAN TEELA EISNER

Consultant and Independent Contractor for Commune

Meghan Teela Eisner has over 15 years of experience engaging with audiences and uncovering insights that contribute to the development of content, communications, products, and platforms for brands. She is driven by curiosity and is fascinated with how and why audiences behave in the way they do.

Her educational background in the arts - at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), and Miami Ad School - has enabled her to approach problem-solving in a strategic and creative manner.

She has spent years working in integrated advertising agencies and development consultancies as a researcher/moderator, and an audience insight strategist - TBWA\Media Arts Lab and Audience Behavior Lab, Phenomenon, Zambezi, The Wonderful Company, and Rockit Ranch Productions.

Today she works as a Consultant and Independent Contractor for Commune, helping clients shape/conduct audience research. Her passion is in Health/Wellness, however, she also has an extensive background in Technology, Fashion, Entertainment, and Sports.
